Can i change my shipping address?

If you wish to change your shipping address you will need to email us immediately as once the product is shipped it is out of our control to change. If it has already been shipped and is returned to us, the sender, we can resend the wig at the customer's expense.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you may cancel your order if it has not been shipped, you will need to contact us by email if you wish to cancel your order and it may only be done if the product has not yet been shipped. If it has already been shipped see our returns policy below
 

Can I return my order?

If you are unhappy with your order and wish to return it, please email us first to see if we can help. If you still wish to return it, the wig must be deemed as unworn and undamaged or you may not receive a refund. We are not obliged to issue refunds but we may refund minus the cost of shipping if the wig is returned in perfect unworn/undamaged condition. If shipping is free for your order, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund

What currency do you use?

Love is Indi Hair is an Australian based business and as such uses the Australian dollar AUD. When you checkout, paypal will automatically show you the cost in your chosen currency, but for reference you can view the current conversion rate here

I don't have paypal, can i pay another way?

If you don't have paypal you can still check-out as a guest to make payments. Alternatively if you don't wish to use paypal, you may email us to arrange a different payment method

How do I know what size I am?

Our wigs are made to fit most head sizes, but for a better fit measure the circumference of your head (as pictured, I am ~23") to find which size best fits you. Sizes are as follows:

Small: 21-22 inches

Medium: 22-23 inches

Large: 23-24 inches

When I brush my wig some of the hair comes out, is my wig faulty?

No, most wigs will shed hair when brushed the first couple of times, when the wefts are sewn some of the hairs are slightly looser than others and may become detached when brushing. However if the wig is losing significant amounts of hair, or it continues to shed after several brushes please contact us as it may be faulty, in which case we may issue a replacement.

Caring for your wig

Can I style Love Is Indi Hair wigs?

Yes! Our wigs are specially to designed to make styling as easy and effective as possible, however as the hair is synthetic and as such it is recommended that only steam is used, traditional hair styling tools (straighteners, curlers etc) may damage the hair if they exceed approximately 120C.

How can i clean my wig and how often should i do this?

To maximize the life of your wig it is recommended it is cleaned every 3-4 wears. To clean your wig, start by cleaning the lace section of the wig. To do this gently rub the dirty lace with Isopropanol alcohol (you can find this at most chemists). If the makeup doesn't come off the lace, use a cleaning cloth or toothbrush to help but be careful not to tear the lace.
Once the lace portion is clean fill a sink with warm water and a generous amount of laundry detergent, massage the hair and brush out any knots or tangled hair. Leave the hair to soak for approximately 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water until the water runs clear. then repeat the process with fabric softener.

Once the hair is washed, hang it by the nape and allow it to naturally drip dry, do not use hair dryers as this may damage the hair.

Wig Colours

Wig Colours may vary depending on your personal Computer/Phone monitor. All wigs are photographed by me and are portrayed as accurately as possible. Our product photos are not photoshopped in a way to alter the wigs, the only editing that may happen will be on the models or to adjust the colour due to lighting differences.
